Here's a broad outline of our usual timetable for a Reiki 1 attunement day subject to individual requirements, just to help you get a picture. For Reiki 11 and Reiki Master we'll follow a different timetable. 

09.30-10.00. Arrival, hello’s and herb tea.

10.00. Time for spontaneous sharing.

10.30. History and Principles of Reiki and Reiki attunements.

12.30. Lunch

13.30. Healing yourself with Reiki. Theory and practise.

15.00. Healing others with Reiki. Theory and practise.

16.30. Questions and answers.

17.00. Receive Reiki Certificate and closing meditation.​
